Senior Photo Sessions
Isn't it hard to believe that it is already the end of July?! Wow. Well, at least for me, the days of summer have been flying by. School will be starting up again before we know it!
Now is the perfect time to book a session for your senior photos. Plus- the senior session is on "special" for the remainder of the months of July and August!!! (see right column of this blog!)
With all grad sessions, a Yearbook image file is provided for you via cd within 2 days of your session at no additional cost and can easily be submitted to your school in place of an image taken by the studio who prints the yearbook.
Using jenniferalderphotography for your senior pictures results in quality, unique, fine edited images that you will cherish for a lifetime. I offer traditional images, artistically enhanced photos or a mix of the two! Bring along a friend, pet, favorite instrument or sporting good to show off your personality.

Book today by using the contact form on my main site to hold your date. (click here to go there now)

Detroit Photo Shoot

On June 10th, I had the opportunity to meet up with a few award winning photographers and tour the Detroit area... it was a lot of fun and a great learning experience for us all.

Kiah Ford (MI) was generous enough to host the excursion. Tressie Davis (MI) and Graeme Chow (Singapore) are pictured above as they were comparing shots of the skyline at sundown.

Graeme is visiting the US for about 6 weeks this summer and contacted us for a tour of the area. Together we visited historic churches, the Fisher Building, the DIA, and watched the sun go down on the Detroit River from Belle Isle.

Tressie's son, Dom, pictured above...observing the sun's final moments on the Detroit River.

~More of my captures from this trip will be available in the near future for viewing at Betterphoto.com

Charity Golf Outing a Hit!

Once again, the Annual Golf Outing for the Vietnam Veterans Monument Fund was a success! The event was held on May 17th, 2008- at Moose Ridge Golf in South Lyon, Michigan and was hosted by David Alder.

Over 125 participants contributed to this worthy cause and thousands of dollars were raised by the event. Players enjoyed 18 holes of golf, a sit down steak dinner, raffles, auctions and more! Many volunteers and local sponsors help make this day possible.
